speed rectification

anyone having trouble with steam games e.g. dota 2/ csgo? this past few days ive been experiencing lag/unstable pings/disconnected from server/ connection timed outs.... im on unifi 50mb.... surfing websites without issues ... youtbe 1080p no problem wondering why dota 2/cs go is giving me problems @_@

Public dns is good for accessing  tm blocked website, speed wise i didn't notice any difference, and once a while tm dns will go haywire

Means current 30Mbps subscribers get 50?

yeah...its odd...some experience the 28Mbps cap and others dont

How to login this?

Luckily mine is OK all the time. Works well as I'm using it alone. Now waiting for free upgrade to 50Mbps.

any other issue facing such issue ? if you are able to open the homepage, try browse around and see is it still working ?

Today unifi came to install at my condo unit. Planned to get 30 mbps RM179 package.
But when the installer came, he said the wiring/cable in my unit dont support 30 mbps speed but can support 5 mbps, so he said got 2 option either ask for 5 mbps speed or tell building management to change the wire. He said he check downstairs ok so my unit problem.

I told nvm la just install first so i will be able to use internet even if limited to 5 mbps. Installer said cannot cause line not stable, will have a lot a problem, disconnect, etc.

I called unifi to say i want 5 mbps but they say dont offer that package anymore and told me my only option is to ask my building management to look into the wiring issue.

Normally is it the building management will handle or my own responsibility to change?
