My last experience with ABX wasn’t good. They are very very slooooooowwww and their system isnt updated frequently. If you can’t wait, you can pick it up on your own from their warehouse at kampung baru subang, near the subang airport. Do call them first to find out where your parcel is

I Got my item from DEX-i / ABX . I was kind a bit dispointed with their service a bit , here's how it goes.

ABX Negeri Sembilan has 2 placed, 1 in Nilai and 1 in Seremban.

My House is Literally located near the KASTAM AIRPORT , KLIA 1 & 2

Shipment from Taobao Warehouse was sent to MY on Friday and expected to arrived at MY on Saturday at 4pm. There was no update on the DEX-i / abx tracking until Monday saying its been "uplifted Partialy " whatever that means . No word on Monday and Tuesday until Wednesday Morning recently i checked in the ABX tracking was updated and "Shipped to Destination , SUBANG" to my area in Nilai (Enstek Area) .

Here it got weird , On 10am they update saying my item is in Nilai ABX and was about to ship to my home , so I waited until 4.30pm , realizing there was no delivery van camed so I called the ABX nilai area saying  My item is in ABX Nilai but its meant to Ship from ABX Seremban .......I paused like WTF ?? My address is assigned in NILAI area. So I told the call person im coming to ABX nilai in 20 minutes time .

I came and Picked up the Item , I also asked why my House in Enstek is not meant for  delivery jurisdiction under ABX nilai. Said something like My House is nearer to Seremban (kinda true but Nilai is way nearer)

So they said If I Buy anything from TaoBao or Other China Site using ABX Id have to put the Address to ABX Nilai address , when package arrived there they will call my number, apparently lot of people in Nilai does that in ABX (based on what he said).

Nothing wrong on my side just a little dissapointed to know the delivery area.

Apparently it takes 2 days of Kastam checking in Malaysia before sending it to Subang Warehouse

I have an item was sent on 11th November night itself, last update was 12th November (the courier service got the parcel in Shanghai). Until now no further update. Contacted the courier company in the Taobao app and the agent said will push the delivery.

Still doesn't have any updates.. Haih

hi, anybody experience price reduction for dex shipping yesterday? but i was being charged 19yuan instead of 29yuan. any idea why?

I bought some stuff during 11.11 using consolidate sea shipping. My items all arrived at the warehouse n when I want to pay, it request for 6 digit Alipay password. Any idea where to get that?

I use normally Dexi air courier, it doesn’t ask for it.

Thanks. Finally on 11.11 I decided to order via two accounts to take advantage of the rmb12 taobao shipping angpao.

One via dex-abx
The other PRouter-lazada

So far, out of the 11 parcels at dex. Only 3 ready for consolidated shipping out of 7 parcels which have already arrived at warehouse. They took approximately 3 days to get the parcels ready for consolidated shipping.

At PRouter, 29 parcels. Just consolidated 17 parcels for shipment today. Parcels which arrive at warehouse are ready for consolidation the next day. Paid rmb161 for 9.5kg. Fingers crossed I will get my first shipment early next week.

I guess PRouter has better service this time round. Anyone else having similar experience with DEX?

Woohoo! Fastest shipment ever, even by my normal non-sale period standards. Escaped GST! *phew* The final courier was gdex instead of lazada express though. I had to ask customer service for the local courier tracking number. Very happy customer I am

hello guys i bought 2 almost similar chair 1 is already at warehouse since 14.11.17 the other 1 just sent me a notification "很抱歉，您的包裹因超大原因被递壹时集运仓拒签，请联系卖家并申请退款" and i contacted the seller and got this replied " 亲联系能接受我们包装的集运仓" and i asked how then seller replied " 您自己联系集运亲"

so any 1 has experience with this?

The warehouse you picked can't accept your item due to oversized.
When you contact the seller, seller requested you to provide the address of a shipping company warehouse that able to accept your bulky item.
So you will have to find a shipping warehouse that able to accept your item and then notify the seller and give them the new warehouse address.
