lazada is super slow..

i ordered quite a number of stuffs and separate them into 2 orders.

1 order courier via ZTO
1 order courier via Lazada (Air)

Both consolidated at the same time and make payment. Guess what, ZTO ready to dispatch out from China and Lazada still packing in the warehouse.

Sigh, why Taobao go collaborate with Lazada..Lazada service is terrible slow

most probably you need to request seller to refund since u didnt receive the parcel.

I have similar case like yours, parcel reached Msia but redirected to Singapore though the tracking number shown is mine.

I called seller and courier, end up give up and request for refund.

use their messenger..its in the app

just direct purchase from taobao..easier, sensitive item can go thru agent in China..

Malaysia one usually will go thru agent in China as well, party A (China) mark up + party B (Msia) mark up = u pay ...

guess what, i have parcel signed by 4px warehouse, but till now they still not yet check in my item.

i've waited for like 1week+ .. all items are ready for consolidated except this parcel..message their support team and give me many reasons, eg: 11.11

sometime the parcel will stuck at Skynet warehouse (CR2) not moving for no reason.

I tried their service few times and concluded opt out skynet in my list

one nightmare, my parcel reached skynet CR2..i waited for few days for delivery. No respond. Give them a call, they said the parcel not mine even though I have the tracking no. in my taobao list. Guess what, the parcel is in transit to Singapore I'm like wtf? Skynet push the ball to seller, ask me to contact seller.. but seller provided the consignment note which have my details on it..

LOL..end of the day, let it go~let it go~ let the parcel send away je i requested refund

direct shipping is fine.. just dont go for the consolidated shipping
