Wondering the same thing too. My shopping cart close to rm2-3k already. Should I just separate the parcels when they arrive at the warehouse?
I read from forwarding company website, saying normally, parcels less than 20kg, and declared value less than rm500 won’t be inspected by customs.
If I have rm2k worth of items, should I separate into 4 parcels? Or gamble with 1 or 2 parcels. Anyone kena gst before?

ABX is quite slow in updating their system. You can try calling the local ABX office to ask

You will hv to find shipping agents like ECTbuy that doesn’t count volumetric weight

From what I understand they only accept Alipay for 11.11 deposits. I also wanted to put deposit but couldn’t 😭

Thanks. Finally on 11.11 I decided to order via two accounts to take advantage of the rmb12 taobao shipping angpao.

One via dex-abx
The other PRouter-lazada

So far, out of the 11 parcels at dex. Only 3 ready for consolidated shipping out of 7 parcels which have already arrived at warehouse. They took approximately 3 days to get the parcels ready for consolidated shipping.

At PRouter, 29 parcels. Just consolidated 17 parcels for shipment today. Parcels which arrive at warehouse are ready for consolidation the next day. Paid rmb161 for 9.5kg. Fingers crossed I will get my first shipment early next week.

I guess PRouter has better service this time round. Anyone else having similar experience with DEX?

Should be ready for consolidated shipping. Have you checked if there is a weight available? if yes, you can pay for consolidated shipping charge, and then they will send it out to malaysia

If it has already been sent out by the seller you will have to wait till it arrives at the warehouse, inform the seller to discuss to request for a refund, and 退回卖家 return to seller. But i think you will have to pay for the local courier charges for sending it back to the seller if the seller agrees to refund you in the first place.

My last experience with ABX wasn’t good. They are very very slooooooowwww and their system isnt updated frequently. If you can’t wait, you can pick it up on your own from their warehouse at kampung baru subang, near the subang airport. Do call them first to find out where your parcel is

I’ve ordered rm600 plus before 6.5kg via prouter during 6.18 sales. Didnt get charged gst. I think it depends on your luck

Definitely backlogged.. my parcel paid for 19-11-17, till today 22-11-17 still havent sent out from warehouse

It’s the 11/11 madness. Two of my parcels also stuck at 派件 since 19/11, today only finally 入仓 for consolidation waited 6 days in total. Just have to be patient.

I heard their warehouse is so full that the delivery trucks had to queue for a few days outside their warehouse just to offload the parcels.

I tried asking customer service. No use. They just ask you to be patient and wait for the status to change.
