first time by using taobao during 11.11 sale. Up until now my item still not yet arrive at warehouse. is this normal?

meaning if my item is CNY300 + 6% = 318, shipping fee CNY130, grand total will be 318+ 130+ 318 = 766?

or 318 + 130 only

and the only thing why you need mobile taobao / tian mao, it can send message to warehouse customer service
