On mine, only 4x & zto listed

same here, there were 4 30min ago, where the hell the seashipping option when?

I have bad bad experience with ezbuy too for last year 1111

Order arrived 2 months after order date and in separated parcel & still got item lost .

Damn a lot of complain at their fb. Never use their service again .

Now I learn to purchase directly at Taobao . Save a lot during 11.11. Consolidated shipping free first kg this year and got some voucher too

For sensitive item , I will go thru agent in this forum. More peace of mind .

Yesterday was my first purchase at TMall.
I have key in Malaysia address as all the shop contact me that the item couldnt send to Malaysia directly.

I dont want to cancel my order. So the option is i need a China address for them to deliver. i found there is agent on doing all these

Any suggestion on what to do ?

When will they let you know about the consolidate sea freight price ya. I check out and check warehouse already but they have not let me know about the shipping price

ezbuy was only good while it was 65daigou, i think that time purely controlled by singaporean

then reform to ezbuy, don't know if that sold to china boss or still under singaporean boss

problems all happens after ezbuy formation, some said warehouse changing so means boss changed or what?

many ppl abandoned it, included me

but still got ppl use it as it open physcical collection store in tesco to lure new customers in

however, since taobao start its own channel, third party would suffer also then they start shipping from taiwan,korea, etc but guess the volume of shipping cannot compare to china stuffs

there is even one 3rd party shipper post on facebook telling taobao own shipping not worth bla bla bla just before 11.11, so desperate

use agent better.

just direct purchase from taobao..easier, sensitive item can go thru agent in China..

Malaysia one usually will go thru agent in China as well, party A (China) mark up + party B (Msia) mark up = u pay ...

I thought if you keyed in Malaysia address the Taobao will have option to choose direct/consolidated shipping option?

Anyway, u can contact those agent u found on Taobao using the aliwangwang apps (similar to shopee chat kind of thing), talk to them about ur problem and what's their shipping rate etc. Else I think u can look around those agent around this forum and talk to them about your issue

Hi guys just bought a bunch of stuffs（clothes, shoes, handbags) that's definitely over rm500. I used taobao consolidated shipping by air and currently the items are still waiting to arrive in China warehouse, I'm worried that Malaysian customs will tahan the shipment and charge GST. What can I do? Should I split all my items into 2 separate shipments?

Can try to split into 2 or more if the shipping charges more or less the same. Smaller parcel lower risk~

payment made via revpay (bank-in) but not reflected on taobao/alipay...

I'm using air freight, not sure same or not.

At your item u can select 处理转运 , then it will go to a page that list out all your item in warehouse.

If the item is ready to ship from China warehouse to MY, it should show the weight and able to select then proceed to pay.

Or else if item is grey out, means item not ready to ship/ not arrive.



Ya, service was good when I first use 65daigou.

Didn't know they went thru changes. but will not use anymore even thou sometimes they give out promo
