I placed my order on 11th November and my parcel is still stuck at "正在清關中 (processing in customs)" since 2nd December.

I have a parcel which has arrived in Malaysia by sea and supposedly to be delivered by SkyNet. I have been checking their tracking online and there was no return. Their inefficient customer service too hung up by call several times.
