Hi guys, please comment on my daily diet/workout. I eat 5 meals everyday and do push up (wide hands push up that enhance overall major body parts, not specific one) . I also have started drinking cow milk again since I abandoned it when I was in primary one..before/ after sleep..Now i'm 16 years old male with 167cm height, 52-53kg and about 18 BMI..Since it is low, I really want to increase my weight to look like NORMAL people..
Several things I wanna ask about push up...
Is it safe for me to do 200 push up per day? (4 times -> before breakfast, afternoon, evening, night) 1 time consist 5 sets of 10 push ups)..Saturday and Sunday will be my rest day..
I'm attempting to achieve 3-4kgs within this four months..meaning that next year, my weight should hopefully increase from 52kg to 60kg..
Is that goal realistic?
Also, how many glasses of milk I should drink everyday? 2 glasses per day are enough bro?
Thought i'm still a newbie..but i have certain things to comment about for my current knowledge..
1st...5 meals a day is cool.. for a 16 years old...no nid rush rush in gaining weight. You know most guys before age 21, all look like stick..but after age 21..after puberty confirm over then only they start automatically grow proper meat,or muscle if u are building. Age 16...no nid worry on being skinny lar... i hope...
And...body builders as i know dont work out EVERYDAY..... they work out 2-3 times per week... 200 push ups every weekday? Wow.... i'll feel it is not adviceable lor.... whole day like dat ur body may not yet replace its nutrient already nid to use again.
Ok the milk part, how much milk you should drink? People say eat 1 gram of protein per pound of ur body weight..so u see the milk..
Example, marigold low fat milk gives 5 gram protein per 100ml consumption, so u count lar how many grams or ML u should drink. Milk powder also, example Anlene GOLD gives 33 gram protein per 100 gram of powder consume..so u go count also lor
By the way, I think i'm worst then u, i'm 16 years old with 56 KG and 176 cm height only..and i'm seriously finding ways of gaining also..but they say age also a factor..so..like dat lor
