I want to gain weight but not by gaining muscle. Now I look very thin. I tried eating alot but it doesn't seem to work. My metabolism is kinda high. Are those weight gaining supplements really effective? Do they have any feedback or cause long-term problems?

have already finished almost 2/3 of the nutralife maxi weight gain (1kg). Push up 20 times a day but i think it starts to show some effects ... hahaha ... tummy coming out a bit .... will continue to drink it .... oh yea ... fyi, i m not sure i m okie with the way i drink it .... just 1 week (7days) i finished 2/3 bottle .... hahhaha .... am i crazy??

hmm well nowaay lots of people espiecially girl look so pale and thin . not tat nice . better eat some vege or fruit like apple and carrot , will make ur face more alive and beauty. well ...better eat some heathy and nurition food then will make ur weight more balance la . not neccessary thin will be nice la . i mean dun over thin ...i saw some girl too thin like can let wind blow ...not nice
