QUOTE(DDSFan8 @ Apr 13 2007, 07:18 PM) I find it damn hard to gain weight because of my dengue fever last time. I use to be damn fat man when I was 8. If nasi lemak and Laksa really work I will eat it everyday! Even if you want to gain some weight, do it the healthy way. Nasi lemak and Laksa is alrite if you have it once a week but not everyday. Try healthy food like egg, milk, tuna, salmon, cheese, peanut butter and other source of protein.

Those of you just joining in this thread asking how to gain weight... Did you not read through the thread to begin with? Cause the answer has been posted several times throughout the thread.
Eat right and workout, that's all there is to is. The right diet and right workout routine will get you to whatever your goal is, whether it be to lose or gain weight.
There's a diet and workout thread pinned at the top of the health forum for those interested, there are also diet recommendations posted in this thread along with workout information and there are workout/diet journals in the journals subforum(which is new) where you can find details on other's workouts and diets and their progress which may help you determine what sort of diet and workout routine you want or help you in designing your own routine.

You see, to gain weight, you need sleep too. And that means not posting at weird hours like this.

I am a thin type of person, with noticable tummy (oh well not so serious actually but it exists since i was in primary school). i wonder how to get rid of the tummy, i was a scout, i'm active in sport, play football, taekwondo, taking penang-bridge 22km marathon with medal, attend fitness first. but duh it's still there after all these years. haiz.
currently my weight should be around 58KG, 171CM, 22 years old. my waist around 29" but i think that has nothing to do with tummy belly rite?
now i want to gain weight, but is afraid of gaining fat on the tummy lol. any advice?

QUOTE(ky_khor @ Apr 26 2007, 02:37 AM) Haha so you are trying to gain weight and you are telling me this shit?! Kidding me??! They are a complete fcuking rip off!!! Its not even exercise machine!!! All it does is passive movement, like some one pressing/massaging you muscles! You expect to grow by being pressed here and there???!!! They are not even fcuking worth a shit, for fatloss or whatever they claim!! If you happen to have one, do yourself a favour and pull out the plug and make good use of it as a stool in the garden! And btw dont worry it wont make you look stupid using them, you will look retarded! Sorry I just cant help for advertisment making stupid claims!

What an odd company culture to have... should ask the company to provide gym membership subsidy or something instead of buying that gallop.

Man you can safely drop that weight gain powder. Trust me you can make a weight gain shake yourself from whey protein and some other calorie-dense food, with quality much better than the weightgainer. And ya postWO shake with whey is mandatory if you are serious bout gaining mass. Whey, no casein protein.
