This works the other way round for me, as I'm not trying to gain but lose weight.

Eat a lot food, and drink at least a glass of milk before you sleep.

Eat first and then take bath.

Break up your meals so you eat more frequent.

Oh ya, you must have a balanced diet, eat more vegetables.

Nothing can beat nasi lemak though. That's the biggest culprit of my fat physique. Damn, I love and hate nasi lemak!
