better check for kolestrol level.. u try to push ur self to gain weight. maybe ur kolestrol level also increase. i don't know it's true or not.. maybe right wat.. many thin people got high level of kolestrol.. eating more n more fat..

Nothing can beat nasi lemak though. That's the biggest culprit of my fat physique. Damn, I love and hate nasi lemak!

There is this article in the newspaper, some food experts says that, these days punya Laksa or Nasi Lemak, is as bad as those fast food (McD & KFC).

Economy rice is the best of the best. thumbup.gif

Nasi Lemak, let's see...

The rice itself they add santan to make it smell good.

Sambal, too much of oil.

Rendang or Kari, too much of santan.

Ikan bilis and Kacang, high cholestrol.

Eggs and Cucumbers, ok sial healthy food. laugh.gif

I thought peanuts had no cholestrol? I know they're pretty loaded on monounsaturated fats but as far as I know they have no cholestrol.

its ok to have lil la..not too extreme

moderation is the key la...

i just eat normal food and i workout also
