me also having problem cant gain weight
even after i stop smoking
i duno what to do
i try buy those whey protein and start working out but it seems no improvement
maybe too early to tell

maybe it's too early to see the effect ler...
but u buy whey protein, it's more to build muscle and for those work out frequently...does it suitable for you??

I once worked out for 9 consecutive months in a proper gym without gaining any weight whatsoever. That was a couple of years ago. I'm a lot more successful at it now. There are many elements to get right, not just whey and going to the gym.

WoW...I am facing same problem also... I am 178cm with just 55 kg... T_T...Damn Sad... So I read through this thread... And the conclusion I get is, daily meals with high protein with adequate and proper gym training will giving me significant effect on my body weight... Is it so? Does anybody here can recommend me schedule and type of food that should be consume everyday so that it will be none waste?

or any other brands which is much more better compare to this two?

hey, maybe u wanna google about hyperthyroidism ,
see whether u got the symptomsof hyperthyroidism or not..
if u have the symtoms,
its better for u to consult a doctor..
no worries...
it can be cured if u r a patient of hyperthyroidism...

try eat 5-6x a day. Each meal must have protein. since you're probably ecto, no need to worry about the carbs or fat contents that much.

TrueMass, Cytogainer, SeriousMass, RealGain, MuscleJuice all about the same.
you have to try it yourself.

how u guys calculate BMI? I am 160cm (Yeah, quite short huh? thats why I am cute) and my weight just 52kg.. i did think I am thin though..

hi guys im new here..im almost the same like him 46 and 162 i think,but now i haved gain weight like 9 pounds in 2 weeks time but still the same height...hehe

well actually i wanna say is what is the standard weight and height?

How to gain weight?I use a Product which i buy from GNC Outlet call Pro Gainer,I m sick of people calling me skinny man since i m 30.So i decided to buy it and give it a try and discipline myself with my food intake.Btw i m smoker but i quit after i decided to gain weight.I was 48kg 178cm can call myself bamboo Stick but now after 6 month i gain 11kg with some muscles coz i do work out as well.If it work for me you can try better than not trying. cool2.gif
