How to gain weight?I use a Product which i buy from GNC Outlet call Pro Gainer,I m sick of people calling me skinny man since i m 30.So i decided to buy it and give it a try and discipline myself with my food intake.Btw i m smoker but i quit after i decided to gain weight.I was 48kg 178cm can call myself bamboo Stick but now after 6 month i gain 11kg with some muscles coz i do work out as well.If it work for me you can try better than not trying.
