WoW...I am facing same problem also... I am 178cm with just 55 kg... T_T...Damn Sad... So I read through this thread... And the conclusion I get is, daily meals with high protein with adequate and proper gym training will giving me significant effect on my body weight... Is it so? Does anybody here can recommend me schedule and type of food that should be consume everyday so that it will be none waste?
