For gaining weight, should take Appeton Weight Gain or GNC's Weight Gain product???
I'm thinking of taking one of it and do some workout...
any idea on this???

maybe it's too early to see the effect ler...
but u buy whey protein, it's more to build muscle and for those work out frequently...does it suitable for you?? |
