Reading from what you guys posted, so if I just eat like mad without decent amount of working out - all I will get is just a bloated / fat stomach in the end?

Bout working out, any specific stuff that I can / should do to control the fat stomach? It is getting bigger and horrible to look at.

I think jogging should do the trick.
For me, i'm fasting - and yes I do see some improvements. Hungry - yes of course, but at the same time feel healthier too because i burn off fat.

Buy those from websites? Which one is reliable? I don't want to pay online and then lose my money for nothing sweat.gif

u can take any good gainers, read the difference in their ingredients.
my personal choice is Cytogainer, but that just me.
to make sure optimal gain, try take 2 times per day. one after workout, one between meals.

the other stuff solid food, at least 5-6x per day, and train HEAVY compounds, try avoid machines for now

I get UN Real gains from egonutritions at the curve.
RM230 1 tube 6.85lbs and it's promotion price until 31st august 2009

I Stress here, taking this supplement must follow with power lifting. othewise the only gain you got is in your stommach (boroi) biggrin.gif

Hi...I need some advices from you all.....Now I'm 56kg with 176cm ...need to gain weight ...at least look fit instead of skinny ......doing some home based workout now....
Any product can recommend to me as I've tried Appeton weight gain before no in vain... serious mass? true mass? CytoSport Cytogainer? or any others.

Are you sure you are burning your fat?? or probably u loss your muscle mass? have you done your calculation? hmm.gif

Yalor nowdays just sit in front of pc doin work, when go back home damn tired no mood to weight lift or do anything anymore.

I mean, anything that not quite hard as weight lifting, maybe some light exercise will do? boleh kah?

yea dats wat i got now...my stomach 33inch oredi haha...other parts of my body still can see gains but the stomach gain alot too... 175cm 72kg now...gain 12kg in 5mths++...now going to take gainer starts from next week..never had gainer previously...target weight around 80-85kg...

i bought UN Real Gain 6.86lb from garage sale in LYN forum, seller : muscle_fuel... i bought 2x from him... 1st time RM180 and 2nd RM190 due to its price has rise.. last bought 2 months ago... saved alot...

anyway... UN Real Gain really helped me... im an ectomorph myself... was at 51kg 173cm tried hardcore diet which gained weights awhile and lose them in mere 1 week time...
gained 10 kg in 3 months time after taking UN Real Gain... with regular workout of coz... its 19.61% gained of my body weight.. highly recommend to those underweights out there.. thumbup.gif
