Hey I also take ON Serious Mass.. did really good job. But now i didnt gain much..maybe i didnt lift enough weight. Gotta lift heavier now and drink...

i couldn't help but posting. I was very skinny before, now half skinny?
I eat a lot to gain weight, but it seems all those fat stayed on my stomach only! From 29" now 33" and if you see my hand and legs, it's still skinny. only body a bit fat.

What happened here? Now i'm fasting (and hope my stomach will get smaller) sweat.gif

If you do weights, you will gain muscle mass in more appropriate places not just the tummy lo biggrin.gif

From what I can advise is, you can try have high protein-based food. Please refrain from eating fatty foods. Eat quality over quantity. I would not like you to gain weight due to FATS. We want to increase LEAN MUSCLE MASS as a weight gain.

You can try the common poultry, fish and meat. But if you are serious, you can go to the gym and use the protein to build some muscles instead...

Lol... ok i'll do some weight then. Thought of buying a dumbell. How many KG's would be appropriate? Or to put it in another way... do i start off easy / medium / or hard settings?

Of course, easy would mean more reps, medium is med lor not too much and hard few reps only...

Should i just do dumbell or other weights as well (i dun understand what is ment by weights actually) sweat.gif

probably nothing or little will happen. protein is building blocks. u need the catalyst.
u need to send the signal to the brain why you need to get bigger.

Eat more calorie dense food. Like the olive oil ? and fatty fish ? This will make you gain weight. hope you gain muscle, not fat around your tummy.

I just wanna share with you guy with my training program

I’m 178cm and 65kg before this involve this training

My supplement:

Week 1 - 3
Weider megamass 4000,
GNC Mega Man Multi vitamin,

My weight on week 3 is 67kg

Week 3 – 7(now)
GNC Mega Man Multi vitamin
BSN N.O-Explode
Universal Real Gainer

On week 3 I change from Weider Mega Mass 4000 to Universal Real Gain.
Not because the wieder not doing good job. In fact I gain almost 2 KG using this product on very first 2 week of my workout . But I become frequent toilet visitor in my office. Universal Real Gainer fix this problem for me.

How do I Take my supplement??
Non Workout Day :
Very first in the morning, before taking anything else, I drink 1 scoop Real gainer.
After Breakfast, I take multivitamin. Before going to bed, I take 2 scoop real gainer.

Workout Day :
Very first in the morning, before taking anything else, I drink 1 scoop Real gainer.
After Breakfast, I take multivitamin. 1 hour before workout session take 1 scoop real gainer. 10 minute before workout I take N.O – Explode. After finish workout, immediately drink 1.5 scoop of real gainer

My Workout:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes 1 day on the weekend.
I start with warming up with
Cycle – I-2 minute
Star Jump – 50 Rep

Then I start my workout as follow order:

Shoulder Exercise
Seated Military Press – 3 Set, 12 rep
Seated Military Press Behind Neck – 2 set, 8 rep

Chest
Barbell Bench Press – 3 set, 12 rep
Incline Bench Press – 2 set 10 rep

Bicep
Standing Barbell Curl – 3 set, 12 rep
EZ Bar Curl – 3 set, 12 rep
EZ Bar Preacher – 2 set, 10 rep

I end up my workout by doing squat 2 set, 10 rep (Start doing this at my 4th week of training)

Last measurement on last week is my weight is 71kg

During this training I find out that
1) Doing squat exercise boost my gain by 50%
2) NO – Explode does give extra energy and stamina thus make my muscle pound like a rock.

I'm trying to gain weight as well. I bought the weight gain from GNC. After 5 days, I dropped 1kg (55 to 54kg). OMG.

Yess
My College notice that my chest and bicep look bigger. My friend also told me that my traps is noticeable. i wonder how because haven't start traps exercise yet


My goal is to reach 80kg before make toning on the muscle.

It's really great that universal real gain work for me.

OMG, fantastic story. BTW, how much is Universal Real Gainer ? Can I get it from pharmacies?
How much do you spend for a month for these supplements?

You cant get from pharmacies. I think Egonutrition in Curve sells it. Anyway I recommend you to buy it online, cheaper and delivery to your door step.
