Its their SOP reply answer only. if card req is 24k/annual salary, and your salary is 36k, they will tell you high chance.

If if the card is 80k and your salary is 36k, you get rejected straight during WhatsApp interview.

I topped up both at 12.02am so impossible fully redeemed as claimed by CS... hate to deal with CS that simply gives rubbish answer to taichi you away...

The vouchers are usually instant credited into the account except for 1 month whereby there was some type of glitch if you reloaded early and no voucher was received.

Top up 200 my TnG at 1200 but it keeps on reloading, until got reload invoice email on 1213 am lol.

Mine is tng app asked me to wait, dont reload again in case double reload. End up what also dont have, wasted this month's cash back.

My TnG end up double reload this month...First reload it said pending so I reloaded another time

The problem is we reloaded yesterday already didn’t get grabfood voucher :/

Of course they are always covered since they always reserve the right to change their TNC anyway. But changing TNC and outright false advertising seems like different matters.

Just surprised a bank can do something like this in broad daylight. For sites like RinggitPlus / CompareHero, they don't use "guaranteed" if it is up to chance.

Plus they also describe how are the winners chosen. HSBC doesn't even bother to do that.

This is as good as guaranteed. It's not the randomised winners like other campaigns. Tnc is there to protect them I think, as some users may not be eligible due to the other requirements like existing cardmembers

My 1st reload (RM200 to TNG) pending, I didn't trust them.

So I did again after few mins and successful. End up the 1st reload never happened.

I luckily no trust given. If 1st reload successful, no harm, since TNG giving interest for it.

Lets see after 5 days.

I try few second ago, still couldn't receive the voucher.

Actually no one knows if the quota is finished or they still having issue haha

Since the grab page haven't update it has fully redeem for Dec, i assume it still have quota
