Do you think it is possible to ask to change for credit card? I had one HSBC Credit ward but it’s reward points, never noticed during application just realised it I should get a cash back card instead...

I applied a new HSBC Credit early of last month, but till date I haven’t received the new card, which I been receiving message from hsbc asked me to activate my new card. So should I call back to hsbc and ask for a resend?
