Applied online on 24th nov. Now today called me for confirmation. Told me that it's gonna took 2 to 3 weeks for approval

Mine one quite fast, received call from bank after 3 days applied through RP, after providing necessary info over phone, she told me that my application is "conditionally" approved subject to documents need to be submitted. Then I upload required documents through link from SMS. Now I am waiting "complete" approval from bank.

So I just received my hsbc card and got my first estatemenet,

I got charge the rm25 service tax

Is it possible to call CS to negotiate to waive it off? Or am I able to waive it off next year?

Probably this month GRAB just assume all fullyredeemed and don't want to admit their system is having issue.
