so far this team is quite efficient.

got once i got some missing campaign cashback, i email them to complaint officially.

they really did a thorough investigation and found out the problem.
they did admit mistake made by another team.
eventually i gotten RM50 missing campaign cashback.

Hi for Mpower, do cashback considered as payment?

IE statement date on 7th, cashback everyday posted on 10th. Can I pay just the outstanding balance after the deduction of that cash back everyday?

They finally replied today with a resolution and mentioned they would get back to me before July 23rd. They agreed to waive the AF of RM 600 and reimburse RM 25 SST. However, just a few days ago, I was charged with finance charges, so I'm also asking that that be waived.

They said they would update CCRIS next month, so let's see.

Finally, this case is coming to an end.

Hi, im thinking to change my T1 card to Live card. How hard is it to change? Is it like maybank? Apply new card and cancel old card?

Called HSBC CS to request for annual fee waiver for T1 , they said will forward the request to bank side and subject to their approval in 5 working days.

In the meanwhile they crosssell another cc without annual fee but i told them i’m not interested laugh.gif

Hopefully thats not the pre-requisite for annual fee waiver. Read somewhere in fb saying that even u want to cancel the card, u will also have to pay the annual fee.

Yes that is my worry too. But I have been using hsbc card for years and fortunately they have been generous enough to waive my annual fee every year despite my low usage.

The cb for HSBC Amanah Visa Platinum card is based on txn date or posting date of a calendar month?

Any idea why I can no longer log into HSBC.com.my? Everytime when I click on login it goes to the logged-off page.

You've closed off all accounts previously so nothing is tagged to your online account.
Call CS to tag your new card to your online account.
