Is it need to swipe at least once every month for 12 consecutive month? Or as long as 12 swipe in one year?

Once a month + annual 2k system auto waive
12x annual + 2k annual spend call cs usually ok
12x annual but no 2k call cs nego
No 12x no 2k also call cs nego/cut wait retention team offer
Above doesn’t apply to T1 card

Hi, would you mind to share how you manage to get the waiver? Did you file a complaint with BNM before granting the waiver?

I sent an email to them, the email address shared by others - complaints@hsbc.com.my
I haven't proceeded to BNM yet but managed to get everything sorted out, including those late charges waiver etc. It took some time though.

Question: chatted with the CS and had to make 3 transactions within 30 days for SST rebate.

Just a quick update about my card was charged both SST and annual fee. Directly write to HSBc via the in app chat box, was attended by live agent.

Got no problem to waive the annual fee and SST but provided need to use the card for 3 transactions regardless of the amount. But have to wait for 1.5 months for the SST credit = you have to pay first then it will credit back at the latter date.

See my annual fee got reversed at the next day, received my new card too since the current one is approaching it expiry date. That’s all from my end

I got a 10k bank in today without warning into my premier credit card account

Communicated via HSBC chat service, managed to get cashback Rm25 as reimbursement for SST. Reflected in CC statement after 5-6 weeks.

Instead of topup Grabpay which charges 1% fee, want to know if PAY DIRECTLY using HSBC AManah Plat Visa for Grabfood entitles for the 8% cb? It works for UOB1 card.

Cancelled all my HSBC credit card. Doesn't have any good benefit for my spending. Wait 6 months apply again through ringgitplus to get freebies.
