today i apply HSBC amanah CC via ringgit plus..... hope success get the card and get the tefal 5 in 1 cockware set... o

receive miss calls from HSBC.. when try to call back few time already.. line just cut off after saying the CS is busy...

now doubt should i still get the cards... what would happen in case of emergency n cent get thru HSBC...

finally, able to pick up call from HSBC CS.. go thru almost 10min of conversation and can get reply immediate..

Almost two wks de, no update on my cc application.

After submitted my docs to cs more than 12 wdays.. still bo new...then tis morning i email to HSBC CS asked status again n inform to cancel if not yet approved... 30min later...rec sms saying my card wil delivery in 10wdays.. very bad CS

i try registered for fund tranfer from my bank, only can see got HSBC..

i think now we got free instant transfer...

for bank, select HSBC?

is hsbc compulsory to use the dongle for online transactions?

i only have CC with hsbc...guess TAC will b sufficient. tq for clarification.

received e-mail fr ringgitplus to redeem my gift after 2mth of activate n used the card..happy on the service provider...

sorry... can't recalled.. my hsbc card is applying via ringgitplus.. the email could fr hsbc CS that in submit my docs

what the most easy way to ask waiver of AF...

i have transacted.more than 12x...but not sure is every month also got transaction.. already email hsbc. will called if no reply to my email

today on my HSBC app, saw a msg alert on a online transaction via paypal from DEU (Germany) at EUR62.88. i immediately call the HSBC fraud hotline and CS advised will issue me a new card and to raise a dispute transaction is stilll reflected in next billing.

the tranction ocurred on last friday when i was at holiday and i dont rec any authorisation notice to approved the transaction.

if it is not a single isolated cases, mean possible data leak somewhere?

at first i tot is somene scanned my wallets for wireless payment.
but i believe the amount transactioned had exceeded the RM250 limit, i didnt make any authorised transaction.
just rec a msg alert on the payment method n amount and date on 8/8/2025 in app.
