Yes, by the time you got the rebate, next round of SST is on the way already.

Mine was spent 3x within 60 days and no minimum amount. So I spent once for TnG reload to get cash back and also twice RM 1.

It is online form request, but i received the email bounced back that this type of request is not working anymore. Anyway, issue resolved via live chat.

It's weird that an international bank doesn't allow customers to email them, only via call or live chat.

Anyways, mind sharing how did your SST rebate request go via live chat? CS agreed to give your rebate once you asked, mine rejected by saying already offered waiver to my AF but that was already in my CC T&C to use x times per year and get auto AF waiver. Not sure just the CS I chat with was not "customer service" enough or something...

I didn’t face such issue when I call them to get the cash back though. It was offered to me without any further question.

Have a doubt on the annual fees, when it mention RM600 annual fees but waived after 12 swipes /year.
Is this mean that i will need to pay for the annual fees on first year?

I should have known better. Last week I applied for a HSBC Credit Card from a Ringgitplus AD and after providing all my information (someone called) including my EFP statements. Today I got a mail that my application was rejected without any explanation. Just an email stating application rejected.

I exceeded the minimum requirements. Now I'm wondering if this was a scam to get my private info i.e. EPF details.
