I've cancelled HSBC Amanah cc in branch and follow up via chat, it has excess amount. But they refunded me RM2 short, is this normal?

Gotten my tngo top up rm200 get rm20 cashback .reload at 120040
 Hsbc so efficient this time.this month is the last month.hopefully hsbc will continue this promo |

For hsbc vs, does insurance premium Earn the rp? As prefer to the tnc the additonal rp excluded insurance. But the entitle for the normal rp right?
