I should have known better. Last week I applied for a HSBC Credit Card from a Ringgitplus AD and after providing all my information (someone called) including my EFP statements. Today I got a mail that my application was rejected without any explanation. Just an email stating application rejected.

I exceeded the minimum requirements. Now I'm wondering if this was a scam to get my private info i.e. EPF details.
