Anyone received call from 03-2690-9401 saying is from HSBC but ask for verification? Ask me to provide last four digit ic number.
*
If bank call you, you can verify them first before you provide information to them. If you call them you need to let them verify you, so the other way round.

I think better refer to statement. If overpay it will show negative as below. The total outstanding in my other hsbc credit card is wrong also, may be server error.

Hi, wanna ask for HSBC SST waiver, must call to cs to request? I am not in Malaysia, call rate quite expensive. They also not allow to waive the charges even though i tried to send the request via email and live chat.

Email? Do they still have an email address to contact? I can't find any!
Difficult to get the SST rebate? Tried via chat but asked me to pay since they already waived the AF  sweat.gif

Seriously dislike the chat function, call is worse since might waste more time waiting...

It is online form request, but i received the email bounced back that this type of request is not working anymore. Anyway, issue resolved via live chat.

It said maximum additional reward points is 15,000. Does it mean that we can only get 15,000 points per month from RM 3,000 online transactions?
