Just pump RM5 petrol at petrol station every month to keep the card active for 6x PPL entries every year~

mine received sms approved on 5 oct and will send to me in 10 days but till now no receiving and the number given keep asking for telephone pin and credit card number (automated voice), how am i gonna ask them?

ok found out a way while they asking for ic/credit card number/bank acc number, just ignore and after repeat for twice, it will ask for banking related press 1, credit card related press 2 and after that straight to customer care. anyway they said sent out on the day i received sms, therefore i think got lost, need to pick up at nearest branch...

Just got my card at the branch. Luckily i request them to help me activate on the spot and the system said will send an OTP to my old hp number. Then i realise they register my card to my old address and hp number even though i submit the application form with my current address and hp number. No wonder they sent out the card 2 weeks ago and i still didn't receive it... The old address and hp number is registered 10 years ago on another credit card which has been cancelled...

HSBC took one month to process.
If you got old account before, please becareful if you already moved away from your old house, as their system will still send the credit card to old address even though your application form written new address, same as mobile phone number for the activation pin.
I have face this after receiving SMS telling me that the card has been approved but more than 10 days not reach to me.
Then I phone call them, they said they have sent out on that day whereby i received the SMS and they will arrange to send another replacement to the nearest branch for collection.
At the branch i tried to activate on the spot with their help to call the number to activate, the system told me the temporary pin was sent to my old mobile number.
From then i realised that they have sent my credit card to the old address and register my old mobile phone number even though i didn't mention them on the application form...
After 1 day of processing, then only i can activate with my new mobile phone number.

i don't understand there is only two promotion months and only max RM10 per promotion month for each eligible cardholder but yet max RM30 for the entire promotion period for each eligible cardholder...
or just max RM20 cos there is only 2 promotion months?

hopefully TnC didn't mention capped pool for whole campaign and maintain the RM30k/month for 1k users to claim full on the RM30 cb

don't be so greedy la, they will check the card number as well, should be based on per card, not per acc

should be credit within 2-3 days cos normally they said 10 days within 2-3 days already credit the cb into tng

yes, saw it already, RM30k/month, doesn't even really care about the RM210k total cash pool as the RM30/month sure depleted within days...

ya that's why, unless tnc mention less than RM30k X 7 for the whole campaign, then might skip the latter month

if you never ever get the chance to use the e-wallet, what my suggestion is reload till the campaign end and then go to Tng customer service counter and request for acc closure and refund
