It's pre-agreed with the landlord and stated in a TA that I will be searching for a third person to occupy the third (and currently vacant) room.

The tenancy is starting in April (as stated) and although it's no business of yours, no, i have yet to sign the TA but I have already paid a first month's deposit and am signing within this week.

Either way, I say this for the final time, I am not subletting.

Yup, it's none of my business. But don't bother to ask for help or post anything if you not providing sufficient information which cause misunderstand later. Did your advertising got deleted?

Yes it was deleted.

Thanks to everyone and whoever for "helping" and reporting.

Clearly a "helpful" community of flamers and trolls.

We are helping everyone, not you only. Imagine the new tenant rented your room and got kicked out by the owner because of subletting (your not clear advertisement). and we shutting our mouth and let the poor fellow go into an unknown illegal trap. Helpful to you yes, that's what you want right, only advantageous to yourself. You are the one who want to be "legal" in the first place.

I have to ask this since it has become a huge bother to me.

I normally eat at hawker center to safe money. I notice rice here taste different, like old rice or something. Its the same taste be it at different hawker centers.
Am I hallucinating or you guys feel the same too?

Regardless, at restaurants(e.g. KFC), the rice taste OK.
*
Bro, I eat zap fan everyday. It taste the same LOL! If it bothers u, buy a small rice cooker and cook ur own rice lo .. But overall cost might be more expensive, as long it does not give u tummy ache, I suggest u to just accept the taste. Haha.

Obviously that's what i want, and obviously there were better ways and means of pointing out the "grey areas" of the post, which were obviously not the way you or anyone else wanted to use.

I highly doubt you wanted to help any "poor fellow" who was potentially (in your opinion) getting into an illegal trap, more like you wanted to seem like a "know-it-all" resider in Sg and wanted some kick from your midday in stirring some babble in this thread.

In any case, it's obvious that you couldn't get the glee of staining me and an illegal sub-letter, and it is also obvious that I couldn't get the benefit of obtaining a tenant from this "helpful" home-thread designed to supposedly help those already in Sg or those wanting to get into Sg.

So whoopee and yippee to all and none alike.

Hmm... Not sure if it's all but yes I do find some stall selling rice that taste worse than others. Otherwise the normal one just... Normal lo... Maybe some too wet some too dry. Depends.

Median starting salaries by faculty for the 2014 cohort from the 3 ocal universities. Should help address a lot of those "how much should I ask for" questions from newbies.

Obviously that's what you think, and obviously there were better ways and means of responding to the accusations because of the lack of information provided, which were obviously not the way you wanted to use.

I highly doubt you wanted to clarify the stand until accused, more like you wanted to the room rented out with no strings attached ASAP and wanted some kick from your midday in stirring some babble in this thread.

In any case, it's obvious that you couldn't get the glee of renting out the vacant room instantly, and it is also obvious that we couldn't get the benefit of helping "ppl who really needed help"

So whoopee and yippee to all and none alike.
