Require some help from forumers here. Currently subscribing to a unifi 5mbps package and has already passed the 24 months period. Im about to shift to a new place , but its just 3 storeys up of the same condo. Is it possible for me to relocate the unifi without terminating my current contract and re-applying to a new one?

QUOTE(PowerSlide @ Nov 19 2013, 08:51 AM) got bill in there, even sms me inform me how much i need to pay all that but no bill arrive to my home maybe mr postman throw into some longkang By Default all TM UniFi Bills are sent by E-Mail, that is why require your E-Mail when you register UniFi. To have Paper Bill, you need to Login to your TM UniFi Account website to add Paper Bill which will cost you RM8 per month which is Expensive & Not Environment Friendly "You are killing Trees"

Yes, you can as unifi relocation is FREE but since your contract already finish better get NEW Register as you can get all NEW & more Updated equipments & it include warranty. Also you can keep the old ones as spare. Added more you get HyppTV Everywhere + HyppFlicks for FREE for VIP5 + Rebate Offer from me.

Today, I received my bill for 16 Nov 2013. I used the landline to make a call to another landline as it was not a TM line, I got charged and I have to pay an Service Tax of 6% based on the charge by the landline call. I am never going to use this landline to call unless I am sure the receiver end is a TM number.

Since you are an existing subscriber, there is a chance some time in the near future you get offer to upgrade to a higher package with discount. If you terminate & subscribe a new line, although you get new equipment, you are considered new subscriber and will not get discounts for upgrades in most cases.

I was thinking of relocating my uniFi because it is quite uncertain for me if I will be at the same place for the next 24 months if at all Im registering a new account. However, i did call unifi last night and they told me a charge of RM 300 will be imposed for relocation!. And actually I just found out that the new place Im moving has a uniFi connection , but under previous tenant name. So what Im going to do is to terminate my current one , and do transfer ownership from previous tenant name of my new unit. However I'm planning to do the transfer ownership before terminating my current account . So basically , there will be TWO unifi account under my name. Is this possible and allowed by TM?

Yes, there's no issue with two unifi accounts under one name. Do make sure that the transfer of ownership doesn't renew the contract.

hi guys, i got one situation here. I am from KL and I am going back to Sabah end of next month permanently because working matters. I want to cancel my Unifi and unfortunately, my hometown, Sandakan doesnt have any Unifi services now which is a BIG letdown for me. If i want to cancel my Unifi services and it is still in contract (still got 6 or 7 months i think), what should i do? Can i give the reason that i am going back to Sabah and avoid paying RM 500? Any help from sifus? Thanks!!
