today registered also my sis new home done installed today

but one main problem i see is hypptv stb, no wireless? if no how on earth i wana put the stb downstairs

yea kinda stupid to me, gonna setup in my room since 2 pc running here for work and play and all the way to downstairs is very far away

the solution might just be forget about the hypptv dont use at all LOL

the extra RM9.94 is shown as recurring charges from 2/10/2013 to 3/10/2013

some extra 40cent my mom called mobile numbers and tax

so mine is installed on wednesday 2nd of oct, the bill is right? or tm overcharge me anything? im kinda blur TBH sweat.gif

more details, RM9.94 is for 2nd oct to 3rd oct..another(RM149) is from 4th oct to 3rd nov

right they calculate like that?

bcoz ur bill actually start on 4th every month. since ur unifi installed on 2nd oct, its 'back dated' the charge use on 2nd until 3rd oct.
ur billing cycle will start every 4th day each month.
calling mobile number and number not on TM line will be charge per minute and got tax.

4th october done installation but until today no bill send to my home, open ticket at the portal ask how no reply..so now force me to call their 1300 number and make money off me? rolleyes.gif

hmm, they didnt mention anything about no more paper bill and my sis which also installed 4 days earlier than me got bill send to her home..login into the portal didnt list anything i should pay RM8 extra for paper bill

either it's lost or telekom declare me no need pay can use for free laugh.gif

guys, need some help

using unifi i cannot call to TM 100? before i subscribe to unifi i have cancel streamyx account because its on different name so now they still owe me money and this is for months already still no cheque being sent to me

anyway when calling they ask me key in area code and phone number, key in my unifi phone number always say "tak sah"

so how ya?
