Yeah the router L7-NR2000 anyone know the default password? Tried Username:admin. Password="blank". But can't login?

I think the username and password are the same - admin.

Is it normal that they dont provide us with the unifi account password after installation? (only wifi password provided) Only realize this when i accidentally reset my router, and i dont have any connection right now. Call them up and they say the account not active yet so, they can't even reset my password as i have to wait 24 hrs for them to activate it.....zzzzz....

4th october done installation but until today no bill send to my home, open ticket at the portal ask how no reply..so now force me to call their 1300 number and make money off me?

try login to unifi occ portal. see got bill or not.

got bill in there, even sms me inform me how much i need to pay all that but no bill arrive to my home

Anyone can advise of this problem?

My company new office applied unifi. Everything was working perfectly until boss decided to put a fax /printer in office. By right, if we used a splinter, the fax can share line with telephone. But now we can fax out but cannot receive incoming fax. Our machine tech support came to troubleshoot and they advise to contact unifi.

I rang unifi just a moment ago, the customer service is quite courteous and helpful so far. He advised it could be network error at our location area. He said he would send this report and will get back to me in 24 hours.

Anyone has encountered the same situation before?

i do recommend u just to subscribe another normal telephone line for ur fax.at least ur telephone line is still usable if no electricity.

Teknologi sudah ada? Even now with 5-20 MBps already got slowdowns and connectivity issues, try and push to 200M and see what your nextdoor torrent-er will do to your linespeed =)

Don't try and pretend Malaysia ada standard to compare to Singapore. Very different situation for a lot of reason.
