Hi sifu, for RHB Shell card, the tier spending of 2500 not necessary all must be the cashback category am I right? Understand gov spending not entitle for cashback, but, is gov spending can be use to hit the spending tier? If yes, I've gov spending posted on statement date, can it be treated as next month spending requirement to hit the max cashback tier?

5% for Online/ewallet/groceries/others that i cant remember, so you need $1000 here. 12% for Shell, so you need $417. Others are filler spends. Unsure if Govt spending can be used as filler spends.

I don't think filler spends (assume Govt qualifies) can be used for next month. Only cashback will be Counted Now Credited Later, not carried forward into next month. Maybe others can comment.

for cb calculation, it would be different treatment. it calculate up until T-1 statement date. the cb will be credited in next statement.

Same issue with mine though I did receive my statement via email. My statement is on the 22nd, called CS on the 24th & was told that the cashback will be credited in the next statement.
Is this still the case? My statement date is on the 22nd. By 20-AUG, I only accumulated RM677.42 which I'm fully aware wasn't sufficient to get any cashback. I quickly top-up ShopeePay RM1822.57 on 21-AUG & they got posted on 22-AUG. After reading your posts, I thought the RM1822.57 will be used for next CB cycle but when I checked my statement, they're listed along.

Therefore, based on your experience, are the 2 transactions' cashback fall still valid for current CB cycle or they're indeed in next CB cycle?

I don't exactly understand your question but those 2 transactions are counted in my August (22-AUG - 21-SEP) cashback cycle.

Hmm.. because we need to hit 2500 spending to be eligible for 12% Shell cashback & 5% on those online/ utilites/ ewallet etc. so, for ur statement dated 22 Sep, do u spend another 2500 (posted between 22 Aug - 21 Sep)? Or u count the 2 shopeepay txn as part of 22 sep statement spending?
