Any limit to spend huhu or simply call CS to waved it ?

Let's say, statement out and stated membership fee or annual fee. Can I call then to wave it ? Or there's another way of doing it ?

Just activated my credit card via phone, but today Receive a letter from rhb about the password. In the letter didnt mention anything about it, dont know what it is for. Only show me 6 digit password, request me to remember the password then destroy the letter. what the xxxx how i remember a code without knowing what its usage???

I don't remember using a Card PIN for RHB Now registration.
It basically sends you a TPIN SMS for confirmation, so all you need to do is to ensure your mobile number is updated in their system.
