Only 2000 and 1000 cardmembers (Credit + Debit) play 3x and 8x will get Cashback.

Based on the terms and conditions, the winners should be chosen based on the highest amount spent during the month, and not on first-come-first-served basis!

If supplementary don't pay the bill, principal is liable, is it fair to principal? same logic!

Depends on what you want to spend. The reward scheme is quite complicated. A lot of people give up.

You are interested in online transactions only? Then go for OCBC Titanium, 1% for online.

OCBC Titanium was really a very good card with 5% cashback a few years ago. Now only 0.1% (but 1% for online) rebate.
It has been replaced by other cashback cards, PB VS, CIMB cash rebate, RHB, HLB, UOB etc.
But you are different, you are looking for another card for online beyond all the good cashback cards.

Don't get addicted. All the banks will be slashing their rewards/rebates by 2021, when credit card fee drops from 1.1% to 0.48% only.

No AF for Visa Signature. IMO VS is better than VI unless you want the VI benefits.

All the while RHB games are "lucky draws" and usually include debit cards, so I didn't really participate.
But this one it is first-come-first-served basis. The terms and conditions are not clearly stated and a bit misleading.
So I am sorry I cannot advise you if Jompay, Government, Insurance transactions are included and the best time to play the game.
But based on the activities in lowyat forum, RHB credit card users shall be less than Public Bank's, so I expect you should get the cashback if you complete RM300 (total) retail transactions on the first day of every week.
Only first 4 weeks CB had been released, I can only tell you my payments to Lazada were eligible for CB.

For this game, I will not try Lazada ewallet and BigPay.
I have something else to spend. I give up PBB 2x game, only 5% return.
