I do agree that there must be confusion even within the RHB promotion team themselves.
However, I wonder what options we have? Though I cannot help feeling 'cheated' into participating in the campaign. It is okay if the pool of cashback had indeed been paid to deserving customers. If the pool of cashback was still not paid out, it is incredibly unfair.
The Terms and Conditions say the Bank's decision is always final and cannot be challenged.
