It must be a very competitive challenge, I have topped up both RM 534 on 00:00 30th April and 4th May. But only manage to get RM 95.

Not sure whether is their systems fault, or just purely my luck wasnt there. Maybe i was the 21st applicants and couldnt get that RM 80. Gonna call up to CS and ask for a further verification.

I find it difficult to spend one shot RM 1000 for 10% cash back and mine will due soon as 60 days is coming in 3 days.

Do I really need to spend one shot RM 1k or can I spend in multiple transactions with accumulated amount of RM 1k?

I too haven't received the 18% CB yet, and 22nd May is my 3rd statement. If I understood the T&C correctly, as per clause no. 13, that "The cash back under this Campaign will be credited into the Eligible Applicant’s RHB Card account within four (4) to eight (8) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period", we will be getting it in Aug-Sep 2021 since the end of campaign is 31st Jul 2021, right?

Jompay/FPX not sure, most likely not, because it is not a Visa transaction.
But if RM600 Government-related transaction (eg LHDN/JPJ etc) - Yes.

Also, why need to choose either/or? Why can't both email and online? So weird.

no, i mean after change, the rhbnow statement will be available after 1 week from statement date (which likely on end-May for your case)
