didn't see any other exclusion except the below:

The following shall be considered as “Eligible Spend” for the purpose of the Campaign:
a) The retail transactions (exclude E-Wallet transactions) (“Eligible Spend”) as per Clause 4

b) The eligible spend is not applicable to Shariah non-compliant goods and services such as
alcoholic beverages, pork-related foods, tobacco/vape, gambling etc. for Islamic cards

Actually reloading TnG ewallet with saved card (mcc 4784, description "TNG WALLET E-COMM 2 KUALA LUMPUR MY") should qualify for ewallet campaign or this campaign? I am so confused.

Anyone tried TnG ewallet for the ewallet campaign n got the cb?

RHB's T&C not always good. There were some hidden hands to disqualify you to win a prize.
From the past experience in the past few years, I didn't get any prize if I spent on Government-related transaction, did win (but not always) if I paid to Sarawak Energy (online/App), Lazada, Shopee, TMonline (Unifi).
At your own risk. Don't feel upset if you don't win. It is a bonus if you win.

P/S: 8% not attractive for Sarawak Energy (guarantee discount/cashback 5%-10% if using e-wallet / Amex at Lazada), not attractive to Unifi (Shopee may give 10%/20%/30% discount).
Not easy to win 15%, too risky.

Don't use Airpay Malaysia, MCC6540 (commonly used for ewallets).

TNB online, should be ok but not always. Pay at 12:00am, first-come-first-served.

The best are "Shopee Malaysia" and Lazada.
