I received my 1st statement about a week after activation. Managed to spend about RM400 only. No cashbacks stated in the 1st statement. I called up CS and was told activation cashback will be credited within 60 days from approval. For my 2nd statement, I managed to spend RM2900. Got all the cashbacks (activation, petrol, bonus and others). The 18% additional cashback is first come first till capping for each month runs out. So it will be credited in May.

My 1st statement came about a week after activation. I got zero cashback bcos I only managed to spend RM400. In my 2nd statement, I received all cashbacks except the additional 18% cashback.

If my understanding is correct, it is daily but capped at RM1200 per day => RM1200/RM15 = 80 winners daily (see details extracted from the RHB's E-Wallet Top Up Campaign T&C below:)

If I have won more, say RM160, it may bring down my total spend to below RM2500, hence I would not be able to enjoy the >RM2500-tier CB right? I too haven't received the 18% CB yet, and 22nd May is my 3rd statement. If I understood the T&C correctly, as per clause no. 13, that "The cash back under this Campaign will be credited into the Eligible Applicant’s RHB Card account within four (4) to eight (8) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period", we will be getting it in Aug-Sep 2021 since the end of campaign is 31st Jul 2021, right?

The Shell Spend Cash back i got recently on 28/5 is the 1st one & seems to tally with my shell spend in March. As I just got my card in mid March, my shell spend was about rm240 only, whereas April onwards about rm420. Btw, I am NTB.

Yes, I encountered this when I top-up BigPay RM600 for the 1st time. Prior to this, small amount like RM100 top-up no problem. CS told me its part of their precautionary measures. Just try to call them to enable it.
