their computer science team who calculate the cashnack or bonus is extremely incompetent. since July until today my RHB smart acct nvr give me correct bonus interest. have to calculate and complain (3rd straight month now) to get my correct bonus interest.

i nvr had more energy to complain about the "extra cashback" that i should have gotten from the credit card.

I totally agree. Worst bank ever. They should know their mistakes and recalculate for everyone, not just those who called in. Imagine those who didn't call, they will just ignore.

surprise to see that push the new revised cb scheme for shell card by hard even they know their system is not ready for it.
so here we are, in a total mess

at 1st we though like they will let their cb calculation system stable 1st before implement the revised cb again for shell card again after the last minutes u turn few months ago.

anybody with RHB Shell Visa gotten their LATE cashback ?

I can confirm my statement on 26th due tomorrow (16 Oct). Cashback never found in my app as of now.

Seems like they screwed up really big time. Not like what we have in Aug cashback credited a day before due date.
