For May'24, I use RHB Shell card for total spending > RM2500.

When receive statement, it show :
Petrol get 12% cash back (tier 3) - This is correct
E-wallet (Shopee pay) get 2% cash back (tier 2) instead of 5% - This is not correct

Anyone having same issue with me ?
Since already spent >RM2500, impossible 1 category get 12% while another category get only 2% (correct is 5%), right ?

Ya.. i know e-wallet capped at RM50.

Spent category as below :
E wallet i spent for total RM1194 .
TNG reload pin i spent total RM1000.
Cash back i get for above is only RM35.88 which just now called to RHB customer service, she told it fall under Tier 2. She help me load the ticket to investigate.

However, petrol i spent total is RM311.62 & i get cash back RM37.39 (this correct for 12% cash back under tier3)

Note :
Sorry that i not too sure how to upload the statement here.... Thus i just write down the summary.

TNG reload pin i bought from RHB apps (only cab buy RM100/ each time)

Yes,I know TNG reload pin excluded from cash back calculation.
But shopee pay I top up RM1000 , so it should get 5% cash back , which is RM50 (capped at RM50). But I received only RM35.88.

Total E wallet i spent RM1194 :
Boost RM20
Shopee pay RM1000
Kiplepay RM174
