Statement date on 22 Oct, all calculation as per my record

yes it is correct CB for me also, lucky 22th statement.

My 22/10 statement is correct with the new CB calculations. But the 22/9 statement captured only the CB for the spending before 8/9. No CB for the transactions from 8/9 till 22/9. May I know if I need to email them to ask for this "missing" CB?

Just checking, did anyone receive their September cashback? Before the new "Enhanced cashback" TNC kicks-in on 8th September

For information, here is my statement. I spent RM2200 before the new TNC starts. So I should be getting RM50 cashback, but until now there was no cashback credited even I made the report earlier this month October 7th

Good to know they credit the Sep cashback in Oct statement.

I’ll wait for my next statement 26th. Apparently, when I called end Sep, they did not mention will credit cashback in 2 weeks time. So I called back yesterday, CS spoke to me oh it is past due because usually they will credit after 2 weeks of report. So now she raised another report to expedite.

But I’ll just wait for 26th then since all others on 22nd statement got the cashback credit already. Hopefully calculation is okay then I can’t wait to cancel the card.

Just wondering, how did you calculated the RM50 cashback with the RM2200 spending?

I also did not receive RM10 cashback for utilities even though spent RM250 on TNB app. Could it because of the TNB app?

what's the description of your TNB app transaction record?

i paid on their web portal with this description "MYTNB SSP-EC BANGSAR MY" and managed to get the RM10 cb. but to be safe i paid rm250.01, not sure if it matters

Oops sorry. Should be RM44 cashback. I'm using my own curated Excel sheet to make the calculation

I guess you need to keep following up with them on the case that you have lodged.

My case is I got the CB for the part before 8/9 but not on the spending after 8/9. So wanna check if anyone managed to get the CB for the transactions between 8/9 to 22/9 (or until your statement date)?

hmm.. but what's your statement date?

For my case, received 'Cashback Online' but not 'Cashback Utilities'.

Statement date is 22nd. I'll email them after this, and if I manage to get an explanation will upload here to clear the doubts.

normally cash back is directly on the month itself or how ?
