Is not complicated - here's my summary:-
Use RM250 petrol at shell (RM30 cashback)
Reload ewallet/online RM500 (RM10 cashback)
Pay RM250 TNB bill (RM10 cashback)
The rest top up to RM3000.

Groceries/overseas IMO not worth it - groceries 5+% easy to obtain from other cards generally (effective cashback rate is 4% for groceries/utilities and 2% for ewallet/overseas).

I believe topping up to 3k can be done by purchasing TNG ewallet reload pin.

In the end is RM50 cashback for 3k spend. Which is basically Affin Duo level.

I don't use petrol... Where to purchase TnG ewallet reload PIN now? I have been disconnected for the longest time.

This is a bad card now considering there's alternatives out there.

RM250 petrol to get RM30 cashback - still okay if you do not have other petrol card. If you have UOB One, you can easily get RM100-RM150 worth of petrol there at 10% CB.

RM500 eWallet to get RM10 - still ok but nothing to shout about.

RM250 TNB to get RM10 - effective is 4%, if you know how to use Spaylater and Amex you can get 5% CB

Groceries is also effective 4%, if you have CIMB Petronas you can get 6% or UOB One 10%.

Oversea is a wild card, may prove to be useful if you need to make a foreign purchase and get RM50 for RM1k spend.

I thought AMEX can't be used for TNB (utilities) to get cashback?

Read the sentence again, properly in its entirely. Don’t just scan through keywords. Ppl put so much effort explain nicely, but the reader so lazy to read.

I think for overseas shell card is still useful with 5% cashback. Most of the overseas card is points card.

Charge higher ~2% vs debit/prepaid/local debit cards, for foreign currency transactions.
So net gain ~3%.
Minimum spend RM500 but don't spend beyond RM1000, it is a bit challenging.

Good thing for RHB CC is... RM transactions but foreign gateway (not "MY") are considered overseas transactions, eg Agoda..SG, Temu..SG.

5% Cashback to offset ~2% forex surcharge. (Transactions in foreign currency)

If RM transactions (eg Agoda...SG), 5% cashback, no cross border fee.

Called RHB bank regarding the missing cash back based on new benefit. Was told that it will only be credited in the next statement. Let's wait and see if it's correct.

After receiving that final cash back, bye bye RHB. I will proceed to cancel both my Shell and Shell-i.

Minimum spend RM500 (120 USD or so) - for bigger items a bit. Not for smallish online purchase. But agree quite good.

I got it on 22/9 (statement date) which is my previous rebates received date
but I am a bit confused, is this rebates come from 23/9 until 8/9 ? If this is the case, will my next rebates received (new rebates rate) date will be after 9/10? I doubt about it
