seem like their CB system still screwed up as they push to implement the new CB system by hard.

jz called CS and ask to create a report or case,
was told no need to inform them or create any case as they are aware of this problem and will credit the missing CB within 14 days.

I've cashback, but, the cashback is very minimal, dunno how they count.. I am expecting RM50 petrol + RM50 bonus for old feature + RM10 ewallet+RM10 utilities+RM30 petrol new feature for new feature, but i only get the below, no matter how i count, none of the cashback i can match for either old / new rate based on my spending amount.

some petrol station still allow buy reload pin using CC and depend on the terminal device, some may consider petrol and some is convenience store.

i think something is not right with the system
after 22nd aug i have my CB then only 29th aug i only used the card until 7th sep for the new rate system, since the new rate start from 9th sep. In between, I didn't have any petrol transcation until 13rd sep.
But on 22th sep I have the CB on petro i.e. RM4.3 for that petrol transcation on 13rd sep i.e. RM35.85.
Seems like the system still follow the old rate system. Firstly, I still have my CB on 22th and secondly, if is it the new rate system, how come I have my CB after 9th sep for petro? So now how shall I spend the card with the old or new rate?

rhb cards got roughly 5 statement cycles. not everyone fits into same cycle.

new rate is effective 8 Sep, and it is based on posting date n not transaction date.

For now, it is definitely based on new rate system.

My islamic card with statement date of 22 Sep still getting RM50+ RM50 for old rate on 22 Sep, missing cb for new rate system for spending posted after 8th, lodge report and still waiting for RHB update.

my last follow up with them on 3 Oct mentioned they will need to do manual calculation, will be credited within 2 weeks. hope they fulfill the timeline given...

Anyone else not getting the full 12% cap at RM 30 shell spend cashback despite spending over 3k for my statement cycle from 8 sept to 8 oct? I got the full ewallet/online spending cash back (RM 10). I spent RM 308 at shell and only got RM 11.76 cash back

me same problem today statement, total spend more than 3k, petrol rm259 only get rm1.20, tnb spent rm250 get zero. online get rm10.
called rhb center just now , open report for further investigation.
