Recently, I applied for an RHB credit card to expand my credit card collection LOLLL.

The first pending status on CCRIS appeared on 23/7, and another pending status appeared on 25/7. Today, the 23/7 pending status disappeared, leaving only the 25/7 status.

I initially thought this was because I applied for two cards, but it seems that’s not the case. Has anyone had a similar experience or can share what the possible causes might be?

my case, after you received sms/email saying card approve, if no one call within 5 working day, can go branch and ask. normally they didnt bother to call to collect. they say , "ohh kitorang bnyk keje x sempat nak call customer kad siap" 

Applied online and just received my RHB Shell Visa card.
There is something I don't understand, hope anyone can clarify how it works.

Terms stated cardholder can earn (up to 5%) cashback on spending in Utility.
Terms also stated spending in JomPay is NOT eligible for cashback.

But when I login to RHB online banking and click "Pay Bill", it seems the only way to pay for Utility bills is via JomPay!?

Then how to use RHB Shell Visa to pay for Utility and eligible for cashback?

Yes, I do save cc details, eg: TNG wallet, amazon, paypal, shopee, lazada, etc
Guess its time for me to break this habit.

Better to confirm with bank if u rely much on cc spend at oversea. I spend with affin, uob, mbb at oversea but didn't contact bank still manage to use.

RHB really shitty. They make me go branch then rejected because my card was at over 90% utilisation. Wtf? The limit given is so low already. Other banks no issue to increase credit limit. HLB can even do it online and get approval in an hour.

It's worse cause I have my RHB card for over 3 years and it's my primary bank for my savings and loan accounts.

Wa need to there physically? A bit troublesome

I mean even if I already have the principal card and I want to apply supplementary then still need to go to the branch?

Hi guys, is it possible to waive rhb shell visa's SST?

My application since 17th Feb 2025 until now still "in review"

Dunno how long gonna take and whether the Ringgitplus promo still ok to proceed or not if approve
Though TNC doesn't mention ineligible after approve from certain date.

Can we still get an SST rebate from RHB for existing users? Note that I'm asking for a rebate, not a waiver. My Shell conventional has been charged and Shell-i is on the way, as I got them just weeks apart.

I would like to get some input on this 2025 t&c for PPL
1. does it mean for existing holder of VS, we only can get up to 5x entry per year,
or is it we get 1x free entry a year regardless of the RM500 spend (means total 1+5 entries)

2. when they specifically mention "retail spend" here, does it exclude my monthly autodebit for medical insurance?
edit: the section further down did not mention not recognizing insurance autodebit though

When u perform Duitnow transfer, dont u need a rhb saving acc (for me to transfer in) in the first place? Otherwise, may I know whats the step to pay my debt via duitnow (cant find a duitnow acc within my cc acount).. becauz the options I have is to pay the rhb cc debt via the same cc (which is impossible, not sure y they put it as an option) or open one of the account Ive mentioned above.

Buy new tng card, can reload by tng app
