Hey to all my CHinese buddies, Gung Hei Fatt Choy ...

Great to see somone else who tracks their progress rclxms.gif I've been using it for a while on my Dell. I used to use a notebook and all I got was a bunch of numbers. It makes a big difference seeing the trend lines and bar charts of my results. I started measuring myself too and enter the stats in the Vitals. They have tons of workouts I can pick and then download to my dell. Good exercise videos - some of the people look like FF trainers that I've seen around the SPK and the Curve (I got a passport membership). Have you checked out the Rankings? GOod spot for some friendly compeittion thumbup.gif

I have 2 Fitness First Passport Membership I'm trying to Transfer. Anyone here wants to join FF please PM me....I have still 6 months to go before my contract matures.
And the reason is my new work load doesn't allow time for me to go to the gym as frequent as before.
Therefore I need to find someone to transfer or FF will continue to charge me for the months i didnt go.

Thanks in advance.

Last year when I joined. It was RM159 for home and RM179 for passport.

At least my employer is paying part of it therefore it isn't too taxing for me at the moment. I am paying like RM130 for passport at the moment. The catch is I have to hold this membership for another year. At least I am able to transfer it to someone when I do not want it anymore.

Its usually just pay joining fee (usually RM0)+ admin fee (around RM100 i think) + deposit of FIRST and LAST month. So means when u want to quit, u let them know and they'll stop charging and u can go for the final month which u ald paid deposit for.

So if u join with RM175/month passport its gonna be about RM450 (175+175+100).
i can't remember exact figures. i joined 2 years ago.

The keys for lockers seem to have missing numbers and missing pins. Just wonder why they do not do some maintainance.

FF's squat racks are not adjustable. Been to a few already and they are not adjustable either.
which fitness centre do you go to? ur place comes with an adjustable rack?
maybe should put a feedback to change the rack to adjustable ones especially the safety bars...short people can't really benefit from the safety bars as it is too high.

but anyway....how many people actually squat at the rack? i guess its not a primary concern for most users.

Saw the notice at IOI Mall FF today. Seems got water leakage at FF The Curve at the cardio area, so FF The Curve Home members can go to any other branches to workout until the problem is fixed.

Gym fees increase with the increase of inflation...

RM159 and RM179 is quite unaffordable, maybe they take account if everybody joined those classes and do all the weights machine plus free weights and all the cardio machines as well.

How much did the membership started out with? Back when Fitness First was first introduced?

About the FF Curve? How's it like? Better than the uptown FF?

Thanks in advance.

Uptown FF would be one of the smaller, if not smallest FF club in the Klang Valley. Just checked FF website and it confirmed that FF IOI has the largest built-up area. Hurray for Puchong folks!
