I am there, you can catch me there after 6:30 pm either on monday - wednesday, definitely on Friday (my favourite work out there when I can actually push myself to the absolutely maximum without needing to wake up the next day for work).

Hmm, kinda sad I would have to change to the Curve Fitness First in 2 months time (Due to the moving of my employer) . I would have to start over making new friends in that gym again.

I'm mainly at the freeweights area. As for classes, I've only tried RPM (most frequent) and Bodypump (only once).

I seldom join GX classes.
Yeah we should all meet up. Bubble always at the free weight area and can spot her easily. I usually at gym around 6pm till 8pm.

Does anyone know if any of the fitness center have weekend passes? Or a weekend membership?

FF has it but the MC told me only if you have been a regular member can you opt to change to that plan. About RM99 a month where u can only access the club on Fri/Sat/Sun.

Weekend Warrior package is available. Ask the MC but you need to be a member for more than 6 months I think.

i only go in the morning..practically empty..

i just joined FF in IOI Mall....anybody like to workout 2gether with me?. i normally come around 6 o'clock and workout till 8pm or 9pm. Still have lots to learn and experience all the machine and etc there

And i pay monthly for RM175. i joined for 3 month membership. is it ok with u. do u feel like i've been cheated?
