QUOTE(christinayang @ Oct 3 2011, 12:31 PM) So.. the empire fitness first is closed? any idea until when?? Empire strikes back next week 15/11/2011. So everything should be back to normal by then. One thing I dont understand is that why do people keep siging up for FF @ RM185pm when there is TF @ RM135pm? Both pplaces the sales people suck and you really only want to use they gym right?

Hey guys, wondering if you can help me.. I am about to return back malaysia (kl) two months and want to join gym. Preferably fitness first curve area. Just wondering how much would it cost for the two months.
Other opinions on other gyms are welcome. (cheapest and affordable - only interested in weights area, not classes)
I was told that for fitness first platinum just for one month it can come out to around rm400 plus plus.. but some people say only rm185 plus plus per month. so a little bit confused. cheers in advance.

Hey guys
After the 7-day trial, I've decided to join Fitness First. But I'm contemplating on whether to take the BodyFirst package as well.
Are the sessions worth it for those who've tried?
Also, how soon do they give the money back guarantee when you've completed the program? I'm just worried that it would take long since I only intend to try out the 3-month program for now.
Feedback much appreciated!

Next month after 3 month with 8 access to gym and 3 session with Personal Trainer (FREE). My case they deducted on my monthly fees on that month I only pay about RM10+. Since its free the sessions were great. Hope this help!

Use those sessions as an opportunity to learn how to use all the freeweights and machines for every body part. Of course the PT will try to get you to sign on for further sessions which costs > RM100 per session, but I think most people don't need a PT. All the best and welcome to the club.
