Because people like you have nothing to do with the shop&ts are making things out that accusing people scamming / cheating for no reason and accusing me for working for them.

If you're not one of those i mention, why are you mad?

I suggest you just ignore those who accused you with no basis or proof. We both in this line of business so we need to be mature. It's true if the parts were to order out of Malaysia it will take more than a month, but if the shop cannot be honest and just give simple answer "We still didn't receive any answer for Sony HK regarding your device right now, but we will keep in touch in this matter", ain't it will be much better? About the T&C for console is different than other Sony product because it involve laws with regional patent thats why they can't accept for repair/warranty. About 1 to 1 exchange thats depends on the shop themselves. Third party repair/mod with void the warranty...and many others..really if i want to quote all the T&C i don't remember them all but just the important one smile.gif

my anger is with playtime but i take it u think i mad at u lol anyway the simple reason is playtime never come here to explain single word which just make thing worse.

Yeah , We both in this line of business , Read one of the sms which is not fully show by TS. People have already mention to him, There's no news from sony blablalba 3units... etc what is writen behind we couldnt see. People have already explain to them nicely.

And later on he start accusing someone for not replying them.

As i mention above, TS should head to the shop and ask for an proper answer instead of complaining in forum which doesnt help.

well, assuming what u said is true..but there are previous case with PLAYTIME that are unresolved and i think its normal for TS to be cautious about his vita..theres a possibilities that the same shit would happen again..

again ur saying to go to the shop ask straight at them, i doubt thats gonna help..and since this is dispute corner, PLAYTIME have obligation to answer all the uncertainties that TS asked for yet none dare to explain anytihing to him..

but tell the truth..
i sell sony many vita sets .. so far 1 set that is cant repair.. (touch wood) that is front camera not working properly.. and send back hk for warranty. it took me 2 month cause of chinese new year time.
sony not changing new sets and repair it only.. after few week it happen same problem again...
my customer also fxxk up for so long waiting.. so he just say is unlucky and not use front camera function.. and didnt ask me claim again..
i also feel sorry about to him (My friend actually)..

so i would prefer malaysia set.. can claim warranty easily..
buying device is depend on luck.. nobody know 1 year what will happen..

i just want to shared my experience .. and trying to give any solution that can solve the problem
TS and playtime boss also is my friend
so i better not giving any comment for both side.

when my ps3's wifi not working, i got one to one exchange with Sony Singapore lulz.

and what amazes me the fact that people who are not related to playtime what so ever defending playtime whistling.gif

kasian playtime. maybe singapore is somewhere near Uganda for them, thats why the warranty took so long. That maybe the reason they didnt have the time to reply tTSs thread

Great , Then you should be responsible for what you decided to do like the rest of the gamer.
As you say , These set you know well are AP Sets. Is like a RECON cars and NEW cars from the shop itself.

p/s: it doesn't make any sense at all when seller kept telling buyer there is no news at all. if u sent an item for warranty claim to distributor, make it in SG/HK/MY, there must be some sort of tracking code or sumthin'. otherwise, later on how the heck sender is supposed to check whether the item is already fix or not?

Ya, shit happens when unlucky especially on electronic products. When this happens, it also can differentiate between good and bad seller. As a customer, I would like to know more information about my faulty item progression from seller. Customers consciously know it's Manufacturer's fault, not seller. As customers, we can feel a particular seller is a caring person or not by conversation. And we recommend good seller to friends or someone we know without earning any commission.

@FukaDa, if you become seller and defend yourself like that, you will definitely earn your dignity and you're smart. But we customer want to deal with honest seller, not smart guy.
